Here's how...
Six Point Annual Maintenance
1. Replace All Lamps (Bulbs) If any lamp burns out during the year, we replace it at no cost to you. [1]
2. Repair Damaged Wire
3. Wipe Exterior Clean and Reposition All Fixtures as needed or Requested
4. Re-set Timer
5. Inspect the Transformer
6. Check the entire system for Optimal Performance. We check the voltage of each fixture, which is very important for the optimal aesthetic (no visual diminished light known as 'voltage drop') and to extend the lamp life.
Special Moonlight Service
· Wires leading to Moonlights in Trees are inspected and pulled away from bark as needed
· Fixtures used in Tress as Moonlights are inspected and Screws backed out of fixtures to protect each tree as needed
Plus you will receive Priority Response for any Service Calls.

$100 Plus the Per Lamp Fee
The first 10 Lamps are $20 each. Lamps 11-25 are $18 each and Lamp Quantities 26 and over are $16 each.
Moonlights are an additional $50 each.
[1] Annual costs and lamp (bulb) replacement is based on dusk to midnight operation. Lighting systems which remain on from dusk to dawn come with a 6-month lamp (bulb) replacement guarantee. Maintenance plan does not cover damage caused by lightning, animals chewing wires or abuse such as running over fixtures with lawn mowers and cars. Plan does not warrant re-positioning of fixtures.
[2] Price does not include wire costs, fixture or transformer if replacement parts are needed. Price based on standard MR16 Lamps. Can Lights (headlights,) and Moonlights up in Trees can be included in your annual maintenance agreement and are priced separately. Minimum Maintenance Plan is $305.00.
