No facial hair or piercings, they are clean cut and have excellent customer service skills. Blue Sky Rain is a Drug Free Work Place and Foremen are subjected to random drug screenings and must have a clean driving record.

Summer Interns are an important part of the Blue Sky Rain Team. Mason Hammond came to us from Springhill College in Mobile, AL where he earned a Baseball Scholarship as the Team's Pitcher. Tommy Cuthbertson joined the Team during his summer break from his academic scholarship at Furman University.
Mason joined our team to assist with the higher call volume experienced in the summer months. Mason learned detailed customer service training to answer the phones and schedule the service calls and projects, in addition to general office responsibilities. The Summer Intern who assists in the office is a key position in the summer months at Blue Sky Rain and the customers’ first impression of our company. Mason learned the job and did a great job on the phones with the customers.
Tom joined as a Field Service Provider. His academic excellence was evident in his ability to quickly learn complex trouble-shooting training to assist the Foremen as a Finishing Crew. Tom exceeded expectations and is making big contributions to the Team!
