Founded in 1995, Blue Sky Rain was originally a landscape maintenance company and met with quick success working in both residential and commercial properties. The company was and still is founded on principals of always doing the right thing and taking care of the customer while maintaining a fair profit for sustaining the business. Although the focus at that time was landscape maintenance, extensive training began in the irrigation installation. Realizing the many challenges of small business, the original company was temporarily closed while the leadership joined the corporate world for a couple years to build experience in customer service, sales, management, leadership, and logistics, while at the same time continuing to add knowledge and training in the technical aspects of irrigation. In 2003, the company was completely overhauled and reopened launching an Irrigation company to service the sprinkler needs of Landscapers and End Users in The Greater Birmingham Area. Moving to 100% irrigation work really paid off and new relationships were formed with Landscape Designers who enjoy subcontracting to Blue Sky Rain for expertise, professionalism, trained crews, and good basic business practices and ethics. Landscapers know that every Blue Sky Rain Foreman will make them look good by properly watering their projects for years of healthy plants and customer enjoyment. With fast-paced growth and even greater loyal customer base, the company needed a new look, more style and fresh logo to better illustrate that this company is 100% dedicated to specializing solely in providing the best irrigation solutions in all of Alabama, so in 2006, the new corporation was formed with a cool new name, Blue Sky Rain Sprinkler Specialists. Due to demand from Landscapers, Outdoor Landscape Lighting was soon added to the service offering and Blue Sky Rain customers love it!
